We take pride in bringing fresh, seasonal and locally sourced flowers to you. Flowers are also living and therefore you might receive flowers in different stages of life. This allows you to enjoy nature at its finest. The below guideline is to help you with your choice, before entrusting an order with us.
Orders
Please inform us of any preferred flowers or colour palette when placing your order. As flowers are seasonal, do trust that we will select the freshest produce for you.
We do not accept any cancellations or refunds on your orders should you change your mind. We can only offer a postponement of delivery. We will only accept such request if notice is made two full days in advance of the original date of delivery.
For any quality issues or if you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with details and where possible, photographs so that we can do our best to offer you a resolution.
Availability and Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute flowers & colours at our discretion should they be unavailable at time of delivery.

Full payment must be made for the order to be processed. We do not accept cash on delivery.
All prices are calculated and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Delivery
Delivery is charged at $20 per item for all orders.
Orders should be placed at least two working days in advance of your desired delivery date.
Please contact us for urgent next day deliveries. We do not offer same day deliveries.
Weekday deliveries are available from 9AM - 5PM. Saturday deliveries are available from 9AM - 12PM. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
A top up of $15 is applicable for deliveries to restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas, Military Camps and all PSA Ports.
Please ensure that all information entered during the checkout process is correct. We will not be held responsible for any misinformation on delivery details.
We will only be able to make changes to the delivery details if we are informed 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date.
A $30 re-delivery charge is applicable if no one is available to receive the flowers.
